I will endeavour to get back to you ASAP, usually within 3 hours. Please contact your local veterinarian if your pet requires emergency help. I am open EVERYDAY from 8am - 6pm (QLD time), except Australian public holidays. Email and voicemail messages received after 6pm will be returned on the next business day.
